Produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes it presents a beautiful creamy and plentiful foam. Its perlage is fine and persistent.
The nose is fine with distinct floral notes and fresh fruit. Very clean and extremely fine, the palate is enveloping, full and harmonious. The Franciacorta Brut Romantica is an unrepeatable experience.
It is delicious as aperitif , but it goes well with various dishes including fish and shellfish.
