A “strong” Belgian-style ale, golden color with a white foam, creamy and very persistent. Intense and aromatic with spicy scents (pepper) and fruity (yellow-fleshed fruit) that stand out due to the fermentation process. This ale has also been developed through the use of sugar candy, which is supported by a slight hop basic continental made intriguing by a small American side. Alcohol content present but not intrusive, softened by good carbonation. The yeast makes the beer pleasantly soft and dried, guaranteeing its drinkability.
