POLYPHENOLS
For the legislation an olive oil to be defined “extra virgin” must contain an amount of polyphenols > 150 mg / kg. High quality PDO extra virgin olive oils should exceed this value. DE LAURENTIIS Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a polyphenols value of 380 mg / kg.
