GRAPPA CAROSO DA UVE MONTEPULCIANO D’ABRUZZO

In the locality of Caroso in the municipality of Pollutri (Province of Chieti), one of the best Montepulciano D’Abruzzo is produced. Here the vineyards are rigorously cultivated in the geographically exposed hillsides in sunny positions, ideal for obtaining wines with intense aromas and an important structure.
This grappa, decidedly harmonious, rich in floral and fruity notes on a score of warm and soft vinosity, obtained from the traditional steam distillation of the fragrant pomace of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, pleasantly recalls the sincere characters of our CAROSO and our Territory.
