Pastificio La Lanterna in San Giovanni in Persiceto was founded in 1955, driven by its owner’s passion for fresh pasta, excellent Emilian cuisine, and the Bolognese tradition in particular. Starting with a small workshop, it quickly became a real company which, whilst using modern, cutting-edge technologies, maintains the artisan characteristics of working the dough intact to this day.
