Meadow mushrooms 50%(Agaricus bisporus), extra-virgin olive oil 28%, sunflower oil 10%, summer truffle 7% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), black olives 3%, salt 1%, flavouring 1%.
To make the very most of the product, it is recommended to use 15/20 g of it per person, heating in the pan for 5 minutes, after added salt and extra-virgin olive oil.
