    MaiSazi salami are prepared with finely-cut pigs, exclusively Italian, fully controlled and guaranteed. Their components are worked according to tradition, after being carefully selected and cleaned. The Nostrano has a uniform dough, a fine, red grain. Paisano and Contadino have a medium-large size and ranges in colour from pink to red; their dough is stuffed into thick and natural guts that allow it to stay soft even after long aging periods.
