The egg pasta we make, comprises various short and long pasta specialities.
The pasta is produced using a mixture of soft wheat flour. Naturally, wheat flour and fresh pasteurized eggs scrupulously selected from the best manufacturers. The green colour is obtained by adding a small amount of powdered spinach.
Thanks to an in-depth study of the mixture of ingredients, the high quality raw materials the result is foodstuff resembling a handmade product in appearance and taste.
We use bronze extrusion equipment in order to give the product a coarse appearance like hand-rolled pastry.
