Chiaretto Garda Classico DOC – Bellerive is produced from black grapes. After the pressing, the process involves a brief contact between the grape skin, pulp and liquid resulting in the characteristic rosé color. It is a savory, fresh and soft with highlights of strawberry and White peach. Perfect with fish, white meat, grilled vegetables or simply by itself.
Grapes Variety: 50% Groppello, 15% Barbera, 15% Sangiovese e 20% Marzemino.
Production Area: Valtenesi (Polpenazze del Garda).
Harvest time: September.
Vinification: Soft pressing. Brief contact with peels during the maceration. Vinification ends in stailess steel vats under controlled temperature.
Nose: Flowery and fresh.
Taste: Savoury, intense and soft, with notes of strawberry and white peach.
Tasting temperature: 12°C
