This olive patè is made with olives from Abruzzo (Italy), harvested in De Laurentiis family’s olive groves, stoned and matured in brine. Then olive paste is extracted and extra virgin olive oil is added.
This paté is perfect on bruschetta and bread or to be used as sauce for Pasta: in this case we suggest to use a short shape of Pasta like penne or fusilli.
