Lentil flours, known since ancient times, are now available in easy-to-cook formats and can be combined with any ingredient (from fish to meat, from vegetables to cheese). Because of their high protein content and the low glycemic index, they are recommended for those who love eating healthy food but are not willing to give up the taste.
Lentil flours, obtained from a skilful stone milling technique, are processed “raw” with traditional bronze die plates to guarantee, together with a slow drying procedure performed at low temperature, the perfect preservation of all the organoleptic characteristics of lentils.
Organic Lentil Flour Pasta Ingredients:
– Organic chickpea flour
– Sibillini Water
– Cook in a generous amount of boiling water for at least 5 minutes over medium heat.
– Avoid mixing during the first few minutes of cooking.
