Valente Winery produces Montonico wine – IGT Colli Aprutini
With a pale straw yellow color streaked with greenish reflections, Montenego has a slightly aromatic scent with hints of white berry fruit and hay, followed by herbaceous notes and white flowers.
On the palate it is fresh, dry and with the right acidity of medium structure and good harmony.
Ideal as an aperitif, it should be served fresh and goes perfectly with foods that do not call invasive wines: fish appetizers – especially raw ones -, cured meats, vegetable appetizers, delicate or shellfish first courses, fish in crazy water and fresh cheeses.
