From the ancient family tradition of millers of Pre-Sila Cosentina, the Bakery Pascuzzo has been operating for more than sixty years in the bakery sector, it also owns the old stone mill that still produces wholemeal flours.

We use spring water, natural yeast and other ingredients that wisely combined with each other take a thousand forms: from taralli to bruschetta, from desserts to frese. The deep love for things made as they once were and a single mission: to bring good and genuine flavors to the table, as simple as they once were.

The commitment that we have always maintained since the beginning has been to reconcile technology with the quality of baked goods, automation with the freshness and fragrance typical of artisan bakery products.

Our products are unique because they are always made in the most natural way possible: for us it is essential to use simple and quality raw materials, without the addition of additives, preservatives and other chemicals.

No secrets, therefore, but only a lot of dedication and care throughout the manufacturing process.

The Pascuzzo company uses traditional recipes, high quality certified Italian raw materials and modern production processes. In this way it ensures the consistency of the natural, artisanal product and respects the environment by using renewable energy.

We care about the environment: we work by trying to rationalize waste and processing scraps and we only use electricity from our installed photovoltaic system to reduce the use of fossil energy sources.
