A natural passion for Farro Only organic agriculture farro All our products are realized with organic farro cultivated in our supply chain. Flours and semolina that we use are milled with our natural stone mill, that preserves all the nutritional values of farro. Our scientific research and the passion for Farro started in 1991 and since then we have focused our attention on due varieties in particular: Emmer Whest (Triticum dicoccum), farro par excellence; Einkorn Wheat (Triticum monococcum), the father of all grains Since then, we have been selecting, producing and transforming only our varieties of Farro, entrusting them only to trustworthy farmers of the centre of Italy, who are constantly assisted during the whole cultural process. 25 years of research We have been recovering and selecting the original species of Farro which has been forgotten by men. 1.500 hectares cultivated every year Our Farro is cultivated on marginal farmlands of the centre of Italy, mainly on the Appennine ridge. 150 farmers in the supply chain We select and produce our varieties and we entrust them to trustworthy farmers through a cultivation contract we stipulate with them.
