Our company is located in the splendid countryside of Sciacca, where the particular microclimate, the sea breeze and the Mediterranean sunshine favor the luxuriant cultivation of our olive groves.
Our mission has always been aimed at the production of high quality extra virgin olive oil, paying particular attention to the cultivation of olive trees, with the use of eco-friendly systems under the careful supervision of professional and expert growers.
Our plant is equipped with a modern milling system entirely made of stainless steel where the harvested olives are expertly pressed by our technicians in the shortest possible time, in order to obtain an excellent-quality oil with valuable organoleptic characteristics.
The oil thus obtained is stored in our silos, located inside a thermo-controlled structure, to support the natural decanting process which ends with the packaging of the product.
In addition to the classic extra virgin olive oil, our company also produces certified PDO Val di Mazara, PGI Sicily, the natural organic oil and a wide and delicious range of flavored oils.
