A product based on red wine (Merlo) 80 % with the addition of alcohol, sugars, and cherries syrup, collected in our hills. Aromatic, warm product, with strong notes of black cherry, rose-hip, with a slightly bitter finish and a good acidity.
Food Pairing: Cold to drink cold with dessert, for tasting or as a garnish for sweets and ice creams.
