Castagnini winery produces “White Vermouth”
The white Vermouth of the Apuans is produced by the processing of Vermentino 80%, alcohol, sugar, wormwood, spices, and aromatic herbs carefully harvested and selected on the Apuan Alps. With a very aromatic taste, notes of sage, lemongrass, nutmeg, citrus fruits and herbs of the Mediterranean maquis.
Food Pairing: It is a perfect base for cocktails. Cold to drink both as an appetiser and after a dinner with desserts.
