Italian Craft Beers
Labeerinto Italian brewery supplies a range of craft beers. Like the Arianna – Ale
Top-fermented beer with a sweet, full-bodied, fruity taste and a bitterness from the English noble hops that creates the perfect balance.
To the Anglo-Saxons: beer. It is, in fact, a top-fermented beer, as opposed to Lager, which is bottom-fermented. These beers are commonly found in Great Britain and Ireland, but also in Germany, the United States, and Belgium.
How do you identify an Ale?
Colour ranging from gold to amber to brown, depending on the various sub-types, lighter (Pale Ale) or more intense (Stout Ale); barely any head and a sweet, full-bodied, fruity flavour. Spiced and/or aromatic, hops add a slight bitterness to balance out the sweetness of the malt. Moderate alcohol content, drink at cellar temperature.
To each beer its own glass
The “pint glass” or, more simply ,“pint” is a type of beer glass used especially for English alesor Irish stouts. The truncated inverted cone shape of these glasses and the bulge just below the mouth neutralise the slightest hint of foam.
