Craft Beers from Italy by Labeerinto Brewery – Craft Beer Minotauro – Stout.
The top-fermented beer par excellence, it originates in western Europe; it features a very dark color and a strong, intense, roasted flavor. A bold flavor, tending towards bitter, with a fairly low alcohol content. As the name itself suggests, it must be “stout”. The most distinctive trait of the malts used
to brew Stout beer is how much they are roasted; in fact, these grains are highly roasted, making them significantly darker in color and giving the beer that particular, typical roasted aroma encapsulating
coffee, liquorice, and chocolate notes.
