Italian Lasagna, cannelloni, crepes and much more
Pastificio La Lanterna supplies a range of oven-baked pasta. Like the famous lasagna alla bolognese or pumpkin lasagne and vegetable nests. Besides these, we make cannelloni with ricotta cheese or meat, gnocchi alla romana. At least but not last, crepes and puffs to cater for different tastes.
Italian pasta al forno is a range of culinary preparations that we make using ancient recipes from Lanterna cuisine and high quality ingredients.
We prepare the semi-finished products, like ragu (white sauce), sughi (meat sauces) and other sauces using traditional homemade recipes. In fact, production by hand also allows some flexibility in the choice of flavours. We can tailor products to customer requirements and create different sizes to satisfy different needs.
Baked pasta needs to be heated during the preparation phase. Thereafter the consumer completes the cooking process in an oven at 180 degrees. Cooking time is about twenty minutes, or 7 minutes in a microwave oven.
