All Montemonaco legumes are cultivated inside the Monti Sibillini National Park.
Laccetti pasta is typical of the Montemonaco tradition. The particular shape makes them ideal for the preparation of unique dishes, and the different flavors of legumes that beautifully marry both with meat and fish are also perfect for salads or original, delicious creations.
The different legume flours are processed with traditional bronze die plates, and a slow drying procedure performed at low temperature guarantees the perfect preservation of the nutritional characteristics.
Organic Legume Pasta Ingredients:
-Organic legume flour
– Sibillini Water
– Cook in a generous amount of boiling water for at least 5 minutes over medium heat.
– Avoid mixing during the first few minutes of cooking.
