The pure Coratina cultivar olives, harvested directly from the plant, are processed within 24 hours in the company oil mill.
The strong flavor of our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with an intense golden yellow color, makes it perfect for seasoning first and second courses based on fish and vegetables, both raw and cooked.
