The White Condiment with “Balsamic Vinegar of Modena” and Raspberry  is a white condiment derived from the union of raspberry juice and balsamic vinegar of Modena aged in oak barrels.

Characteristics: At sight it is ruby red, bright and clear. It is intense pleasant and clean with a raspberry vein. The flavour is firm but not aggressive with low acidity.

Ingredients: Grape Must, Wine Vinegar , Raspberry Juice, natural aroma, balsamic vinegar of Modena.

Suggested Pairings: Summer salads, yoghurt , vinaigrette , raw vegetables, ice cream, cakes
