Labeerinto Italian Brewery presents its Craft Beer Minosse – Helles.
A beer brewed with bottom fermentation, a process requiring more time but which ensures a better result and fully respects the original German style. Malt, bottom fermentation, and German hops give our Helles the classic characteristics of a “blonde”, making it the perfect beer to pair with a meal or to drink with friends.
How do you identify a Helles?
A blonde, pale beer with moderate alcohol content (max 6%). It tastes similar to Pils but it’s less hoppy and maltier in aroma. Solid head.
To each beer its own glass
Classic beer mug or tall, open glass to showcase the creamy head.

Tasting notes
Appearance: Light golden blonde with a dense head.
Aroma: It starts out sweet and fruity with malt and wheat aromas. Extremely fine. Flowery with the scent of sweet jasmine and chamomile flowers. Nuances of acacia honey, bouquet of ripe fruit like banana and pineapple, malt and wheat.
A slight bitter note balances the aroma profile.
Taste: Sweet and floral at the first sip, medium-bodied and medium carbonation, long-lasting finish. It features a rounded malt flavor but manages not to be heavy.
Overall impressions: elegant finish with a light citrus and bitter note for a surprisingly clean aftertaste.
Best food pairings
Summer dishes, even served cold, with relatively mild flavors like vegetarian dishes in general. Aubergine parmigiana, potato and asparagus quiche on a bed of mixed greens. Try it with oven-baked courgettes stuffed with ham, a pumpkin and ricotta tart. Assorted soft cheeses.
