|Ingredients||Organic cow’s milk, than vegetable rennet, salt and whole organic walnuts.|
|Ripening||At least 20 days.|
|Shelf life||at least 4 months from packaging date.|
|Storage||The cheese needs to be refrigerated, so temperatures between 0°C and +6°C.|
|Available sizes||Both Cheese of 500 gr. and 2 kg. Diameter of 12 cm approx.|
|Shipment packaging||Of course, it requires controlled temperature container for fresh products.|
|Delicious with||Plum pickle and green tomato pickle.|

|Organic Caciotta Cheese info||Above all the grana padano cheese made from the pasteurized organic whole milk. Milk of Bruna Alpina cows. Naturally, the milk was produced without the use of silage feeds. Then it comes from farms in Lombardy (Italy). Of course, it is GMO FREE caciotta cheese.|

|Shipping info||Because this is a semi-ripened cheese it requires storage at temperatures between 0 and +6°C. So it’s important to prevent potentially damaging as a result of delays in delivery. Consequently we prefer not to ship on Saturdays or Sundays.|
