|External Packaging: controlled temperature container, so it’s perfect for fresh produce.|
|Delicious with fig sauce and pear sauce.|

|Grana padano info: cheese made from the pasteurized organic whole milk of Bruna Alpina cows. In fact this Milk produced without the use of silage feeds, from farms in Lombardy (Italy). Of course it is GMO FREE. In addition to, our grana padano does not contain lysozyme. in fact, the Tomasoni dairy is the only one in Italy to make organic GMO free grana padano.|

|Delivery info: because it is a ripened cheese, it requires storage at low temperatures between 0 and +6°C. So it is important to prevent delays in delivery over weekends. Consequently, we prefer not to ship on Saturdays or Sundays.|
