Taccalite Bakery produces Italian panettone. It was created from the long experimentation with which we have refined the traditional recipe. A natural leavening of 36 hours exclusively from selected ingredients – flour, dairy butter, our Mother Yeast – to obtain extraordinary fragrance and softness.
Taccalite Bakery has a great variety of Italian panettone: classic (candied orange, raisins, candied citron) – dark chocolate – berries – figs and walnuts – chocolate and pears – whole-wheat chocolate and ginger – vegan – chestnuts – citrus – sour cherry – “Moretta” liqueur.
