Italian Tagliatelle – Thin Straw and Hay Style Tagliatelle
The “straw and hay” variant of the classic tagliatelle. With addition of spinach.
The Italian extruded egg pasta we make, comprises various short and long pasta specialities. This one is a mix of pale yellow and green color extruded pasta “tagliatelle”. The green colour is obtained by adding a small amount of powdered spinach.
The Pastificio La lanterna produces its pasta using a mixture of soft wheat flour. Of course, wheat flour and fresh pasteurized eggs scrupulously selected from the best manufacturers.
Thanks to an in-depth study of the mixture of ingredients, the high quality raw materials, in fact the result is foodstuff resembling a handmade product in appearance and taste.
We use bronze extrusion equipment in order to give the product a coarse appearance such as hand-rolled pastry.
