Extra virgin olive oil, produced by using “Razzola”, “Pignola”, “Lavagnina” olive varieties. Olives are hand-picked and cold pressed in the same day of the harvest. The very low acidity of this genuine “oil” offers a fruity, sweet taste with a gentle spicy flavour.
