Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Soffio
Excellent, aged and dense balsamic vinegar of Modena I.G.P, as result of long ageing into oak wood barrels. With sweet and sour delicate taste. `Soffio’ shows high density and it is recommended on several kind of cooked meats, fish (tuna, fried calamari, swordfish,) then on strawberry, panna cotta, vanilla ice creams, biscuits, chocolate etc… This first class balsamic vinegar of Modena, is duly certified by an independed body appointed by “Ministero delle Politiche Agricole e Forestali”.
